Order Cancellation Window

Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

How to Cancel an Order

Visit the "My Orders" section on our website and select the order you wish to cancel.

Alternatively, you can contact our customer support via WhatsApp, email or phone for assistance.

Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders

If the order is cancelled within the allowed window, a full refund will be processed within 4-5 business days to the original payment method.

If the cancellation request is made after shipping, the refund will be initiated only after the order is returned and received in its original condition.

Cancellation for COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

COD orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

If a customer refuses delivery, they may not be eligible for future COD orders.
